• We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date the item is received
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

✖ Change of mind
✖ Wrong size chosen by the customer
✖ Items used, washed, or damaged after delivery
✖ Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Process

  1. Message us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Send photos/videos clearly showing the issue
  3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions

📦 Shipping fees for returns due to customer error are shouldered by the buyer
