• We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date the item is received
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Process
- Message us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Send photos/videos clearly showing the issue
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions
📦 Shipping fees for returns due to customer error are shouldered by the buyer
📦 For our mistake, we will cover the shipping cost
Refunds
• Refunds are issued via store credit or replacement item only
